Oh... Crap.

Not only did North Korea just set off a [successful] nuclear device, but they're planning on a second one.

What does this mean?

Well, at this point it doesn't mean much more than North Korea is now a nuclear power. It could mean, however, that there are a few countries on North Korea's "hit list" that they'd love to incinerate. If they're stupid enough to go through with something such as this, then we're in for a big long endless war.

Oh wait, we already have one of those.
